Exhibitors, Crafters, & Non-Profits


Thank you for your interest in the Balloonfest, Air Show & So Much More 2017. We have made several changes since our last event and we look forward to continued growth and interest in this event. We hope you will be a part of it!

We are inviting non-profit and service organizations to join us for the day. Your non-profit or service organization will be offered an area inside or outside a building to promote your mission. This would be free to non-profits/service organizations that are not selling items (there is a charge for electricity, if needed). In exchange for this opportunity, we would ask that your group provide a free children’s activity to enhance our “Family Fun” for all the children in attendance. We would like to showcase your non-profit / service organization so please consider participating at the Balloonfest, Air Show & So Much More 2017.

Vendor Applications

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2017 Balloonfest, Air Show & So Much More, scheduled for September 16, 2017! This year marks the 11th year of the event and we are excited to see the event continue to grow. Rotary realizes the importance of community-based activities and wants to provide a fun-filled and profitable day for our vendors. There are three categories of vendors for this event: Non-profit and Service Organization , Exhibitor, and Crafter.

Non-profit and Service Organizations will be offered an area inside or outside a building to promote their mission. There will be no charge to non-profits and service organizations that are not selling items (there is a charge for electricity, if needed). In exchange for this opportunity, we would ask that your group provide a free children’s activity to enhance our “Family Fun” for all the children in attendance. If a non-profit or service organization wishes to sell merchandise, they will be considered an exhibitor and charged accordingly.

Crafters and Exhibitors: Crafters are selling hand-made items. Exhibitors are selling for a for-profit company. There are two sizes available for this year’s event. $50.00 for a 10’x10’ space or $65.00 for a 12’x12’ space.
